TAMARA Ecclestone was applauded by her fans after calling out a man who moaned about her flying first class with her four-year-old daughter Sophia.

The TV star and heiress posted a picture on Instagram and told her followers about the incident that happened this afternoon as they jetted off to New York.

Tamara Ecclestone was praised by her fans for shaming a man who was annoyed she was flying first class with her four-year-old daughter

Posting a selfie online, Tamara wrote: “When you’re sitting on the plane and a miserable human being says ’oh come on’ when he sees my Fifi.

“Living such a bitter existence can’t be good for the soul. Love and light.”

Her followers cheered on her statement, with her good friend Abbey Clancy telling her: “I hope she screams the whole way!”

Another one of Tamara’s followers replied: “I’m flying with my 13 month old next week and dreading people reacting like this!”

Sophia, also known as Fifi, looked excited to be heading off to New York – but a fellow passenger was apparently less than impressed

While a third joked: “What an idiot!!! She is a more seasoned traveller than him I bet!!!”

Tamara and Sophia, known as Fifi, go everywhere together and regularly fly off around the world with her husband Jay Rutland.

The 33-year-old recently appeared on This Morning and revealed she has never spent a night apart from her daughter – also known as Fifi – who will be starting school in September.

She said: “We’ve got our five-year wedding anniversary coming up and we’re going to go away for a weekend, and Fifi’s coming.”
