F1 heiress Tamara Ecclestone is using cryotherapy to help her get over a £50million gems raid.
The treatment — sitting in a freezing nitrogen bath — is helping her recover from the shock of last month’s heist.
A study said a third of people who try it for depression and anxiety see symptoms halved.
A two to three-minute session in cooling nitrogen baths costs around £50 and participants are said to feel the benefit after three to five.
Asked by a fan how she tackles anxiety, Tamara, 35, replied: “I have found that exercise and cryotherapy have helped me.
“I like to go a few times a week ideally every other day.”
